By registering for or purchasing an astrological reading, coaching session, course, or workshop, you agree to and accept the following contractual terms:

Finality of Sales (No Refunds Policy)
All registrations and purchases are final.
There are no refunds, partial refunds, credits, exchanges, or payment cancellations for payments made in full or via installment plan (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, credit card, Klarna, Vipps, etc.).
No exceptions will be made for missed or canceled appointments, classes, or any other reason whatsoever.

Nature of Services (Disclaimer)
My work is spiritual and provided for informational, guidance, and inspirational purposes.
The services offered are not a substitute for other professional advice or services. I am not a therapist or professional counselor.
You must seek appropriate professional assistance for medical, legal, financial, mental health, or other specialized matters. 
Age restrictions. The services offered are not for persons under the age of 18. 

Intellectual Property, Access, and Copyright
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works from the Content without express written permission.
Limited Access Duration: Access to course materials is not lifelong. Each course follows a clear structure (rhythm and boundaries are part of learning).
Duration Calculation: Your course access duration depends on the number of modules, starting from the day you enroll.
Access Formula: Number of modules + 1 extra week to integrate your learning.
 *Examples: 5 modules =  6 weeks; 6 modules = 7 weeks.

Client/customer Responsibility
You understand and agree that the success of the coaching, course, or workshop depends primarily on your own efforts, commitment, and follow-through.The provider (Nadia Ghouas Kurs og Coaching) offers guidance and tools, but makes no guarantee regarding the outcome of any session, as results are based on individual application and external factors beyond my control.

Rescheduling Policy
Schedule Mindfully: Slots are limited.If you need to reschedule an Astrological reading or coaching session, you must contact me at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
* You will be booked into the next available slot.
Wait Time Alert: The wait time for a rescheduled appointment may be several weeks.

All offerings, pricing, and these terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
